Shrug in Sirdar Click
I made it back to blogging just in time to wish everyone a happy new year!
This holiday has been quite productive so far on the knitting front. I've finished the shrug in Sirdar Click, there was at least as much work in the knitted-on edgings and seaming as there was in the original knitting.
Pattern: Shrug from Debbie Bliss "Simply Soft" book
Yarn: Sirdar Click, shade "Bloom"
Yardage: around 9.5 balls (I think)
I'm very pleased with how this turned out, it fits well and I simply had to press it with a warm iron over a damp cloth to achieve a nice finish. I suspect this is going to be my favourite knit of 2006, although Alien Illusion is also a close contender.
